In-depth understanding of the actual exam

I am from a small town in western Europe. My family has been living on meager income. All hopes of my parents resided on me as I am the eldest one in the family. I decided to raise the pay package by appearing for the ITSMF18 certification exam. There were many things I wanted to do for my family.
